I had the chance to try out Passion 4 Life liquid vitamins and minerals which contain 135 vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, amino acids, and more.

I have never had a problem taking pills, other than remembering to take them.  I am better at that now that I am in my routine.  But this just provides so much more.  I have tried other whole food supplements and I have to say… they weren’t too appetizing on their own this one tasted like my chewable vitamin C tablets.  It is Gluten free which is great with so many gluten allergies out there and great for people of all ages.  You don’t have to buy specific vitamins for everyone and have a whole cabinet full anymore… just one bottle.  No added sugar or artificial sweeteners, do your kids gummy vitamins have those?
