As my readers know by now I never post photos of myself anywhere, unless you happened to read my review of Sedona:) a Little background on my insecurity…I have 2 kids my son Gage who is 10 and my daughter Keira who is 5, before my son was born I was a size 3-5 which as I look back on photos I realize was too thin for my build. After my son I was a size 5 which I think was perfect:) Then came my darling daughter and I shot up to a size 11 and have not been able to lose it. Well, I have taken on my own challenge to get some of this weight off!! By sharing my experience with you not only will it help me be honest, but I know you all will give me great support, and if along the way you want to jump on the bandwagon I welcome you too.
SO here’s the hard part…posting pictures:(
My starting point:
Weight: 157
Height: 5’3″
Bust: 41″
Waist: 34″
Hips; 41″
My plan:
My new addition to my living room (thanks to my in laws)
30 minutes a day on the elliptical.
Low calorie diet 1600 calories a day (Utilize My Fitness Pal)
If you have any recipes or weight loss ideas you would like to share let me know! I will be reviewing and giving away products to help in this journey!

I had the same problem….started out at 118 and looking back I realize I was too small (big hips needed to be more proportionate to even those out LOL). I tried Weight Watchers and a few other things and never could really get anywhere with it. I came across a friend who was doing Shakeology/TurboFire and thought, what could it hurt….so I tried it. I’ve lost over 19 inches so far and I’m feeling GREAT. Better than I have in years. It’s much harder to lose weight as I’ve gotten older….so I had to finally change my thinking and motivation. I was not going to be so concerned with the scale as I was with the way I felt, the way my clothing fit and if I could keep up with my kids when we went to the park. Can’t wait to read more about your expedition to weight loss
